What are the methods to identify poor quality mining cables?

  A. General mining cable

  (1) Look at the printed text on the label and insulation cover. If there are misspellings, printing shades and ambiguous words, please pay attention to them.

  (2) Rub the insulation skin with your fingers. The outer skin of some defective insulated mining cables fade easily, especially red mining cables. After rubbing, the color of the mineral cable sheath left on the finger or the words printed on the mineral cable sheath will be erased. It is usually a defective mining cable.

  (3) Scratching the insulation skin with fingernails. Can be scratched and pinched off is generally defective mining cable.

  (4) After bending the mining insulated cable many times, the insulation layer of the defective mining cable is generally of poor material and the insulation layer will break after bending 3 to 4 times.

  (5) is defective mining cable ignites the insulation layer, and can spontaneously combust after being separated from the open flame.

  (6) According to the mining cable core color, bad mining cable dull color, no metallic luster.

  (7) in terms of packaging length, generally 100m per bundle or a circle, the national regulations allow an error of ± 0.5%, the length of defective mining cable is only 95m, or even shorter; some people are misled by the "code" in the package.

  2, fire-resistant mining electric cable

  Identification of defective mining cable. The identification of mica tape is based on ordinary mining cable.
