How to wire the mining cable when using it?

　　For the mining cable of the signal circuit of the computer monitoring system, the principles for selecting the shielding type are as follows.

　　(1) Switching signals, can be shielded ;

　　(2) For high level analog signals, the cores should be fully shielded, and if necessary, the cores can also be shielded;

　　(3) for low-level analog signals or pulse signals, the use of wire core sub-shield, if necessary, can also be used wire core sub-shield of the composite universal shielding.

　　As for the grounding method of the shielding layer, the following points should be noted.

　　(1) computer temporary control system analog signal circuit of mining cable shield layer should be grounded at the convergence point. According to the requirements of ensuring the normal operation of the computer monitoring system, even if the disturbance voltage is only about 1V, it may cause errors in logic judgment. Convergence point grounding can prevent the occurrence of grounding loop current;

　　(2) In addition to computer monitoring system mining cable shield only allows a point of grounding, other mining cable shield, when electromagnetic induction interference is large, should choose two points of grounding, when electrostatic induction interference is large, should choose a point of grounding;

　　(3) two layers of shielding or composite total shielding of the inner shield layer should be a point of grounding, the outer shield layer can be two points of grounding;

　　(4) When choosing two-point grounding, it should also consider that the shield layer will not be burned under the action of transient current.

　　Notes on mining cable equipment wiring.

　　1. Under the eaves. Cables should only be used if they are not directly exposed to sunlight and LAN cables have been standardized. Use of conduit is recommended. Ultraviolet (UV) light - Do not use cables without UV protection in direct sunlight.

　　2. on exterior walls. Protect walls from direct sunlight and human damage.
