YJLW03-Z 64/110 kV Ultra-high Voltage Cable Structure Diagram and Dimensions:
1) Conductor
Copper or aluminum conductor compacted into shape with good roundness and a smooth surface. Conductors with a cross-sectional area of 800mm ² and above adopt a 5-section design to reduce the influence of skin effect and proximity effect. The semiconductive lapping tape prevents the shielding layer from penetrating into the conductor and improve the smoothness of the conductor shielding.
2) Shielding Layer
Imported ultra-smooth semiconductive shielding material with a smooth surface and uniform electric field distribution.
3) Insulation Layer
Ultra-clean cross-linked polyethylene insulating material, three-layer co-extruded with the shielding layer for tight bond, and gravity fed to eliminate the influence of external environment and ensure the cleanliness of raw materials. The advanced technology can eliminate the internal stress of insulation while making core of the wire in high roundness and small insulation eccentricity.
4) Buffer Layer
High-performance buffer materials and water-blocking materials ensure superior water-blocking performance of cables with advanced buffer design ensuring insulation expansion space.
5) Metallic Sleeve
Meet the requirements of the metal shielding layer and the system short-circuit capacity. Radial waterproof wrinkled aluminum sleeve with excellent mechanical strength protecting cable insulation.
6) Asphalt Coating
Anti-corrosion asphalt coating effectively protects the metal aluminum sleeve.
7) Outer Sheath
Extruded outer sheath of PE or PVC material with various special properties meeting the requirements of different application scenarios.
8) Semiconductive Layer
Continuous and bright graphite coating as electrodes for the withstand voltage test of the outer sheath. Extruded semiconductive layer on request.
